The Underground Blues Jam is where raw energy and deep grooves collide, every second Wednesday of the month, blues musicians of all kinds gather for a night of electrifying, soul-stirring music. Signups start at 6pm, and the jam ignites at 7pm with a different feature artist opening 3-4 song set with a killer house band setting the tone, featuring Doug Abramson on bass, and Chris Kaiser on drums. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking to dive into the blues scene, you’ll get 2-3 songs to shine—either with your own ensemble, a handpicked group, or alongside the house band. We’ve got the gear covered: drums, bass amp, guitar amps, Hammond organ, an upright piano, and a full PA. Just bring your instrument, your passion, and your best blues licks.
